#14 South Carolina Gamecocks (6 pt FAV) @ Arkansas Razorbacks....

Gamecock RB Mike Davis has been outstanding this year and his stats are just as impressive. He's averaging 122.8 yards rushing per game and has 8 TDs so far this year....He could actually rush for 0 yards in this week's game against the Hawgs and still be averaging over 102 yards per game....But, you know who's stats on Carolina's team impresses me the most??? That would be Conner Shaw's numbers. He's 21-4 as the Gamecock starter and has a perfect 13-0 home record. But the one thing I like the most about Mr. Shaw is; His ability to be die a thousand deaths on the football field and still come back to life Sunday night just in time for Monday's football practice!!!  ...Shaw's unique ability to fight thru pain, injury, death and decomposure
have earned him the nickname "Little Lazarus"!!!!........On the other sideline, the Razorbacks only success this year has been to weaken teams with "average" defenses. When the Hawgs run into "above average" defensive teams, they seem to struggle. For instance, Rutgers and Florida were able to stop the running game and both lead to Razorback losses!!!......In order for the Razorbacks to win this game RB Alex Collins and Jonathan Williams must be able to run the ball in order to open up easy passing lanes for QB Brandon Allen!!!.......... Now, here's the $24,000 question----Is Carolina's defense "average" or "above average" this year????..... Well, the stats don't lie and so far this year they appear to be average!!! They are giving up almost 26pts per game!!!....A lot of people are calling for the upset on this game too,,,,, but I just can't help but think this might be Clowney's best performance of the year after listening to all the news stories questioning his commitment to this football team; plus how do you keep QB Conner Shaw from coming back from the grave to haunt you in the 4th quarter?......It's going to be a knockdown,,,,,,drag-down,,,,,,,get
dirty,,,,,,slobber knobber jobber in Fayetteville, Arkansas this weekend but I think the Cocks come thru in the end!!!  Gamecocks win and do not cover 31-27!!!
